Frequently Asked Questions

* Package Pricing?    

  - Each package has a set price with the Silver being the cheapest and Gold the most expensive. Each package may be modified from its original form to fit the client(s) needs.  Music, paperwork, equipment, set-up, break down and Ceremony are included with each Package. Exceptions include: extra time and travel time. There are no hidden fees. Package prices are very much affordable for the quality and quantity the client(s) will receive.  

* Do I Charge for Travel?     

 - Yes. The last page of the packages is a travel time listing. Travel time accommodates for the gas and mileage to haul the equipment. Travel time fees begin after 60 miles from Chunchula, AL. Please see the travel time page for more details.  

* Do I Require a Deposit?      

- Yes. A deposit of $200 is required to secure the client(s) date for Weddings. $100 Deposit for other events.  

* What is the Planning Process?      

- Once the client(s) and I have discussed any questions via email or phone a scheduled meeting will be made. I will send via email a music outline for the client(s) to fill out and bring to the meeting. Also a contract will be sent along with the music outline and to be completed during the meeting. The meeting will consist of everything from A-Z. Within two weeks of the scheduled event I will meet or send via email (per customer request) a final outline copy of the music entertainment to the client(s) to have on file. Everything will be made to fit the client(s) needs as easiest as possible. 

 * Ceremony and Reception Equipment Coverage?    

  - Yes. I have a sound system for the ceremony and for the reception given they are in 2 different locations. 

 * What Type of Music Will I Play? Do I Charge for Music? ​ 

    - The music that will be played is chosen by the client(s). The client(s) may request a specific genre or artist/songs. If there is no specific music playlist then I will play the type of genre the client(s) want to hear. All songs that will be played are radio edited to be respectful to others and the children. Client(s) may request music to be unedited. All music is included with the package including extra music at the event. 

 * Additional Questions?      

- Please feel free to email me with any questions that I may not have answered. Each package has a list of what is included. Please read the info page before viewing the packages.

  * Contracts and music entertainment forms will be discussed in a personal meeting or via email. Once the client(s) and the DJ have established the event, the paper work process will begin. Paper work maybe be electronic and/or hard copies for both the client(s) and the DJ to have on file.  

  * Wedding dates are only secure with a deposit ($200) or full payment. $100 deposit or full payment with events.   

 * Payments may be made cash, check, cash apps or debit/credit card.     

* Time travel fees are listed in the Travel tab.  

  * There is no fee for any of the wedding/event forms.​
